摘要：如果你做了足够的考托听力练习，就会发现，考托听力中有些短语是经常出现的。如果能够熟练掌握这些高频短语，对考托听力大有帮助。

托福听力比较贴近于校园生活，其难度并不是十分大。对于有一定英语基础的同学，通过一段时间的悉心准备，是不会有大问题的。在听力中，有一些短语常常出现，小站教育在此汇总了这些高频短语，每期10条，希望备考托福的同学们能够逐一掌握，在托福听力中做到万无一失。

1 be cut out for 天生适合

I'm not cut out to be a hero.

2 be absorbed in 专注于

She has been absorbed in a horror fiction. I can't tear her away.

3 be addicted to 对……上瘾

She has been addicted to drugs for years.

4 be attached to 对……有感情

A: I'm amazed that you are still driving that old car of yours. I thought you would have gotten rid of it years ago.

B: It runs well and I've actually been quite attached to it.

5 back up

1) 累积

The subway is running behind schedule, and traffic is backed up for blocks. I don't know if we'll make the 6:30 show.

2) 支持

I'll back it up.

6 be bound for 到……地方

The bus is bound for New England.

7 be (feel) myself 找到自我

I'm feeling myself again.

8 be burned up 生气

She was really burned up at the news.

9 be hard up for 缺少

I'm hard up for clothes, but I have a lot of books.

10 be head and shoulders above 好许多

In calculus, Joe is head and shoulders above his classmates.
