根据加州理工大学官方网站的说明，想要进入加州理工大学，一定要准备SAT考试成绩或者ACT考试成绩和两门SAT2考试成绩，考试科目包括数学Level2和生物，化学及物理三门中的一门。

SAT: Critical Reading, Math, and Writing OR

ACT: (with or without the optional writing section) AND

SAT2: Mathematics Level 2 and one of the following Subject Tests: Biology (Ecological), Biology (Molecular), Chemistry, or Physics

SAT或者ACT + SAT2两科

加州理工大学SAT成绩要求

The middle 50% SAT and ACT scores of students

SAT总成绩：2140 - 2340

SAT阅读成绩：690 - 770

SAT数学成绩：770 - 800

SAT2成绩：数学2+生物/物理/化学

加州理工大学ACT成绩要求：

ACT composite：30-34

There are no cutoffs and we do not admit "by the numbers." The mid 50% for students admitted to the class of 2013 are as follows: SAT 2140-2340 and ACT (English/math) 33-35.
