your undergraduate (bachelor's degree) transcripts be sent directly to the
mailing address below:
University of Southern California
Office of Admission and Financial Aid
GRADUATE
University Park Campus
Los Angeles, CA 90089-0915
We encourage applicants to upload unofficial transcripts to the online
application. However, while the Admissions Committee can review an application
with unofficial transcripts, a final decision cannot be rendered until official
transcripts have been received and evaluated.
Students with advanced degrees should have official transcripts of graduate
coursework sent to the mailing address above.
International students: Your undergraduate institution must include an
explanation of the grading system and information about how the transcript
should be assessed. Transcripts in a language other than English must be
accompanied by an English translation by a certified third-party translation
service.
It is recommended that you submit your academic records after you have
submitted your online application and have received your USC ID number.
Including your USC ID number with your mailed documents will expedite their
processing.
8. Test Scores:
GMAT or GRE scores are required for the on-campus program. Applicants for the
online program are not required to take either exam, but taking one is
recommended.
For International students who did not complete a 4-year bachelor’s degree at
an American, British, Canadian or Australian college or university, proof of
proficiency in English is required for admission. TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores
are required for the on-campus program.
GMAT or PTE scores must be issued directly to USC by the GMAT testing service
using the Marshall MBA school code - 389-9C-23. Scores must be from tests taken
within the last five years.
