3.Official academic transcripts from the Registrar of the institution where
the courses were taken
Transcript submission is a two-step process:
Whenever possible, you must upload scanned copies of official transcripts to
the online application. Please note that these must be official transcripts
printed on university letterhead. Print-outs from online student portals are not
acceptable.
After you submit your application and received your 10 digit USC ID number,
you must also mail in official transcripts from all colleges, universities, and
other post-secondary institutions you have previously attended.
4.Official GMAT/GRE report is required (GMAT preferred)
USC’s ETS school code is 4852. Applicants sending any tests administered by
ETS, such as the GRE, should use this code to ensure that USC receives your
official test results. No department code is required.
If you are sending GMAT scores, please select “University of Southern
California” from the list of available schools.

5.One required essay, as outlined in the online application. An optional
essay is provided for any additional information you wish to convey to the
Admissions Committee
6.One letter of recommendation (to be submitted online) is required. Two
recommendations are recommended
