The Weatherhead Master of Science in Positive Organization Development &
Change (MPOD) empowers experienced professionals to affect positive change in
diverse spheres of influence. Our program emphasizes a strategic focus on
relational and human factors—balancing economic well-being, social
responsibility and environmental sustainability.
The MPOD curriculum attempts to remain on the cutting edge of change
management, leadership development, organizational transformation,
organizational behavior and societal benefit. Organization development (OD)
curriculum draws from strength based approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry,
emotionally & socially intelligent leadership, and sustainable enterprises.
The Master of Science in Positive Organization Development & Change (MPOD)
uses experiential learning and action research methods wrapped in an intensive,
applied, and highly interactive residency-based, cohort design.
