作为世界闻名的石油输出国，阿联酋——包括迪拜——在人们的印象中很容易化为“石油”的同义词。但阿勒哈什米阁下表示，目前石油出口获得的收益只占阿联酋整体GDP的约30%，而且迪拜早就开始经济转型，发展自由区、金融服务、旅游服务、新能源等行业多管齐下。
