空洞:My friend is very supportive.
高分:My friend is incredibly supportive. For example, when I failed my driving test for the second time, she was the one who took me out for coffee and helped me practice parallel parking again, without a hint of judgment.
紧扣题目关键词:仔细听/读题。如果是“a person you admire”(钦佩),重点就是钦佩的原因和影响;如果是“a person you like to spend time with”(喜欢共度时光),重点就是相处的活动和感受。
二、结构框架:清晰逻辑,轻松驾驭2分钟
使用 “PPP”结构,这是最安全、最清晰的高分结构。
Part 1: 人物引入
开门见山:直接说出是谁,和你什么关系。
“I’d like to talk about my former piano teacher, Ms. Zhang. She was not just a teacher, but also a mentor who shaped my character during my teenage years.”
基本信息:简单提及年龄、职业、初次见面场景(一两句带过)。

Part 2: 核心展开
聚焦2-3个核心特质:这是回答的灵魂。每个特质作为一个段落。
特质1:她的教学风格(耐心与严格并存)。
“The first thing that struck me about her was her unique teaching style. While she was incredibly patient when I struggled with a complex melody, she was also a strict disciplinarian about practice routines.”
+ 例证: “I remember once...”
特质2:她的个人经历(如何激励你)。
“What I admire most is her personal story. She grew up in a time when resources were scarce, yet she taught herself advanced music theory.”
+ 例证: “This taught me that...”
特质3:她对你的影响(紧扣题目)。
“Her influence on me extends beyond music. She taught me the value of perseverance and finding joy in the process, not just the result.”

总结感受:重申这个人物对你的意义。
“So, even though I no longer take lessons, Ms. Zhang remains a significant figure in my life.”
自然联系当下:可以简单提一下现状。
“We still keep in touch, and I occasionally send her recordings of my playing. Her encouragement still means the world to me.”
三、语言升级:从平淡到出彩
词汇多样性:
避免过度使用kind, nice, good。
用精准的形容词:
形容智慧:insightful(有深刻见解的), resourceful(足智多谋的), perceptive(有洞察力的)
形容善良:considerate(体贴的), compassionate(有同情心的), empathetic(有共情能力的)
形容有感染力:charismatic(有魅力的), encouraging(鼓励性的), inspirational(启发灵感的)
时态灵活运用:
描述过去经历和故事:一般过去时
描述人物一贯的性格特点:一般现在时
描述从过去持续到现在的影响:现在完成时

四、针对不同人物题的侧重点
钦佩的人:重点在 “成就、品质、如何克服困难、对你精神的激励”。
有趣的/让你笑的人:重点在 “幽默方式、具体趣事、相处时的氛围(轻松、欢乐)”。

1分钟准备:快速在纸上写下 “Who, 3 Key Words (特质), 1 Short Example (对应每个特质的关键词)”。不要写句子!
保持交流感:与考官进行眼神交流,像分享一个真实故事一样,有自然的语音语调。
不怕停顿:用简单的衔接词争取思考时间,如 “Well, let me think...”, “Actually, there’s this one story that comes to mind...”。
如果卡住:回到你准备好的“特质和例子”上,换一种方式再说一遍。说下去比追求完美更重要。
最后,记住: 考官不在乎你故事的真实性,而在乎你用语言塑造人物、传达情感和思想的能力。选择一个你容易描述、有细节可挖的人物,用真诚的语气和扎实的结构去呈现,你一定能脱颖而出。
