【Part2】Describe an occasion that you received a good service1

Last Sunday I went to a shopping mall with my sister. We went there forseeking a new phone for our mother as a birthday gift. There were so many choices that we didn’t know what to choose. At that moment, a tall salesman cameto us with a warm smile. He asked us what kinds of cell phone we would like to use. We told him our requirements and he listened carefully. Then he pickedseveral phones for us which met our need. But we still had no idea about the difference of these phones. Then the salesman showed us the functions of each phone and analyze their advantages as well as disadvantages. He offered usprofessional advice patiently. During the whole process, he didn’t bother and harass（干扰）us with his opinions. You know, some salesmen would recommend their customers to buy expensive products from which they can get more money, and thus customers may buy something they don’t really want. But this salesman wasdifferent, he gave us the right to judge by ourselves. Finally, we chose the white one which we thought it was suitable for our mother. The salesman suggested that he could paint some flowers on the back of cell phone which would make it look more beautiful. We were glad and allowed him to do so. Withthe help of him, we got the new cell phone we wanted. I felt quite satisfied about the service he offered us. He showed us what good service should be. The best service is to clearly understand what customers really want and help them to find the most suitable products.
