I think a good leader should have the strongest ability in the essential duties of a project, and also make the best decision, quick and determined. The one who I know has such abilities is my roommate Julie. She is also my classmate. She is outgoing and always has a very infectious（有感染力的） smile on her face, so we often call her “Smile Star”. I was impressed by her leadership when we worked together for a group project. Julie was the group leader and showed me that what a good leader should be. She made plans for the whole team and clarified （明确）the duties for each of us, we therefore knew what we should do for finishing the project. Moreover, she made everyone in our team powerful. Everyone in our group liked her and was greatly impressed by her smile that expressed a kind of energy. She is the one that can give every one of us power to finish our project effectively. I admire her very much in being able to aware of this. I have learned that being a good leader, you first need to be optimistic and be confident to your teammates. You should know what you are going to do step by step and make specific plans for that. And the most important thing is that cooperating well with you teammates. So learning from Julie really change me. I feel that successful and effectively cooperation between people is what creates the most value out of everyone.
