Taipei 101 tower is the most unusual and colorful building I have seen. I first came to know it when I planned to take a trip to Taiwan. One of my friends who has been there before strongly recommended me to climb to the top of this building and have an overlook of the whole city. Because of its uniqueness（独特）, it has become a symbol of Taipei city. Unlike most skyscrapers（摩天大楼） in China, which give me a feeling of the cold industrial culture, Taipei 101 tower has more funny things that make me surprise. Since it’s the symbol of this city, Taipei people will try everything to find something fun and show their love for this city and their warm welcome through this building. For instance, the exterior wall（外墙）is decorated by some special lights. At night the light will change one color from another each different day, which makes the building look more splendid（壮丽的）. At some special festivals like Christmas, the lights will form some funny pictures for celebration. During the Spring Festival, the light will form into some Chinese characters to wish everyone happy new year. Another thing worth mentioning is its creative firework（烟火） shown for different festivals. The fireworks will be placed everywhere from the bottom to the top of the building, which brings you a glorious 3D visual experience. Moreover, there are also various events on this building, like rock-climbing or some music concerts on the top floors. Someone even tried parachute jumping（跳伞） from the top of the building. All in all, you can’t miss Taipei 101 when you take a trip to Taiwan.
