You should say

What the thing was
When and where you did it
Whom you did it with
And explain why you did it with a group of people

Talking about teamwork, I just had an amazing experience recently. Last summer I went to Hong Kong for a summer program, our course is “creative industry”. At the end of the ten-day course, wehad to form a group of five and hand in one course paper as each group.

On the first day, I collaborated(合作cooperate)with Monica, Rachel, Scott and Mark. Mark was a cheerful guy from the Netherlands, while we four came from mainland China. We didn’t know each other at that time and we chose Monica to be our team leader due to her rich experience in course papers. By the way, our paper’s request was creating a creative product by ourselves, describing it and making it worth buying. We didn’t need to make an exact product, only ideas.

The first five days, we discussed a lot about what the creative product was, we tried to form our own idea or develop team members' inspiration. Most of the time, some of us agreed with an idea at first but soon some of us pointed out the shortcomings. The good thing was, the more we discussed, the more we knew about each other. Finally we made an awesome(俚语特别好wonderful, very good)product which pleased everybody.

On the last three days, we started our paper work. Monica wrote how we created the idea, Rachel and I were in charge of our product’s exterior(外观)and usage, as well as Scott and Mark making an effort with the sales plan. It went very well and got a high grade,we were on cloud nine(俚语特别高兴extreme happiness, also “seven heaven”).

From the teamwork, I realized thatcooperation played an important role. In progressing, we need to listen to others’ words and think, to be patient, and tell others’ our own thoughts.Everyone’s words and ideas are equally important, and respect leads the way to success.
