【Part2】Describe something you did which was a waste of time3

As my middle school is located on a little hillside, only a road which is not very wide and has some slopes can link it to the main street. Because many of the students will go back home to have a rest during midday and most of them will choose to travel by car, it easily causes traffic jams. I used to be troubled by this situation frequently. When I was in middle school, I had to pack up my schoolbag and went out of school quickly, or I would be likely to get trapped in the crowded cars. But you can not always be the first one to reach out, so the chance of being caught in the traffic jam is still big and it’s also dangerous to rush out in the road with anxiety. Sometimes it would take me about half an hour to get home although I did not need to cover a lot of ground（俚语走远路 travel a far distance）from my school. It was really a waste of time for us. There are 3 reason why I think it’s a kind of wasting time. Firstly, we have a really short lunch break and if we get out for lunch, the time we spend on the way is even more than the time we have lunch.  Secondly, the crazy traffic always entraps us and makes us exhausted and bored, our energy is consumed for nothing. Thirdly, if we reach out for getting something for the school work, it’s really inconvenient for us. You know, if you are looking for something for the school work, say like typing something or searching for some material, you’d like to have it done in a minute. But sadly, this is not possible because of the traffic jam.
