SAT易混淆词汇第一组：whole / hole

SAT易混淆词汇第二组：it’s / its

A) On the first day of school, the principal made it clear that “__________ never acceptable to bully or mistreat another student.”

解析：it's 可以是it is,it has,it was的缩写,基本意思为"它是"。its是物主性代词,指代前面出现过的"它的...(东西)"，前提是必须有已知的物品出现才可以使用。

SAT易混淆词汇第三组：their / there / they’re

A) It was eerily quiet; __________ wasn’t a creature or living soul in sight.

SAT易混淆词汇第四组：knew / new

解析：knew v. 知道;认识;记得(know的过去式)

SAT易混淆词汇第五组：passed / past
