比如你要申请目标院校中有认识的教授，学长等资源，那么就可以找到这些老师和学长，向他们介绍一下自己的情况，问问他们愿不愿意给你内推。他们推荐其实就是从她的角度来夸一夸你，当然这些好的方面一定是和你申请专业相关的点哦，同时也可以通过学校一起参加的课外活动，创业大赛等来推荐你的leadership相关的能力。如果自己并没有直接认识的人，那么就需要你动用你的一切人脉资源来寻找了。如果什么都没有，不妨试试在各大留学互动网站如ChaseDream，知乎，BBS论坛或者LinkedIn上面，找找有该学校校友出没的地方，寻找学姐学长等，如果你的network能力不错的话，主动出击，发给他们你的简历等，还是能找到一些愿意帮忙的人的。

找到愿意做内推的人之后呢?就需要以第三人称的角度写一篇推荐信，推荐信中要详细写清楚你们是怎么认识的，推荐人是怎么了解你的，最推荐你的几个优点等。写好之后由内推人员直接发送给学校的招生委员会的邮箱或者项目director邮箱即可。多数情况下学校是接受的，并且把这些信息记录下来，添加到你的申请包里面。当然也有个别学校，会通知推荐人必须在原网申系统里添加新的推荐人online提交才可以。

My name is XX, a graduate of the 2014 grade MS XXXX program of XX University and also the newly admitted PhD student for this program. I am writing to recommend my schoolmate XXX in my undergraduate course, who is now applying the MS XX program, fall, 2018.

I have known about XXX for 4 years, we are not only classmates but also friends during these years, we studied and took part in the activities together. In my mind, he is exactly suitable for the class of our XX business school for these reasons.
