Admission to our graduate programs is open to students with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree or its equivalent in any field of engineering or in related areas (physics, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, and materials science).

Electrical Engineering is the largest and most diverse technological field in the world. The Department of Electrical Engineering offers undergraduate and graduate educational programs and research opportunities in three of the field's broadest areas: Microelectronics, Photonics and Nanotechnology; Computers, Sensors, and Networking; and Signal & Image Processing, Communications and Control.
