Person A: Hello, can you tell me how to get to the train station?

Person B: Sure, it's just a few blocks away from here. You can either walk or take the bus.

Person A: Which one is easier?

Person B: Well, if you're in a hurry, the bus is probably faster. But if you want to enjoy the walk and see the city, then walking is a good choice.

Person A: OK, I'll take the bus. Where can I catch it?

Person B: The bus stop is just around the corner. You can see it from here.

Person A: Thank you very much. Do you know when the next bus is coming?

Person B: I'm not sure, but usually they come every 10 to 15 minutes.

Person A: Great, I'll wait for it here. Do you know if there are any discounts for students?

Person B: Yes, students can get a discount if they have a student ID.

Person A: That's good to know. Thank you for your help.

Person B: You're welcome. Enjoy your ride to the train station!
